Project Manager

We are looking for a new Project Manager to take centre stage in our App team. Working with a small team of engineers, on a diverse project portfolio, we are looking for someone who loves creating, managing and communicating clear plans to deliver exceptional results for our clients. About the role

You will lead and oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive project success using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Lead project teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Conduct project ceremonies such as stand-ups, planning sessions, and reviews.
• Ensure project deliverables meet high-quality standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, fostering strong relationships.
• Oversee QA and testing processes, ensuring smooth project rollouts.

What we're looking for

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in project management with a track record of successful project execution, ideally in an agency environment.
• Skills: Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills with experience in stakeholder management and risk assessment.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Jira) and an understanding of web/app development methodologies.
• Mindset: A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a passion for continuous improvement.
